Aussie pre-orders have already opened up for the Samsung Galaxy S9 and the Galaxy S9 Plus, but if you’re still pondering whether the handsets are actually worth your hard-earned money, you can now take a look and decide for yourself.
From today, Telstra has both Samsung’s upcoming flagships on display at its Sydney store on George Street, where prospective buyers will be able to check them out all week.
You’ll be able to pick up the phones and get some hands-on time with them and even if you’re not looking to make a purchase, you can still walk in any time and try the handsets for yourself — you won’t even be obliged to buy through Telstra.
If you do, however, choose to pre-order through Australia’s largest telco (and do so before 11:59pm AEST on March 15), you’ll get a bonus wireless charger worth $119, you’ll also score a free 2017 model of the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 tablet, worth $456.
Telstra’s pre-order offer is certainly one of the better ones, but before you pull the trigger we’d also suggest checking out our independent comparisons of the best Galaxy S9 pre-order deals and Galaxy S9 Plus pre-order deals.
* Disclaimer: TechRadar does not actually suggest putting an S9 — or any other phone — in your mouth, it could potentially be hazardous to your health and will almost certainly get you booted from the Telstra store.
